This notice explains the limited information collected when you ask Anamis about a pilot.
What we collect
The Join Pilot form asks for your company, name, work email, optional role, and an opening message.
Why we use it
We use this information to review pilot fit, respond to you, and keep a record of the conversation. We do not use pilot inquiries to create an unrelated advertising profile or sell the information.
How it is handled
Netlify receives, filters, stores, and notifies Anamis of form submissions. Access is limited to the people and service providers needed to operate the website and respond to the inquiry.
Retention and contact
We keep an inquiry only as long as needed to evaluate and respond to it, maintain appropriate business records, and meet applicable legal or security obligations. To ask about or request deletion of an inquiry, email contact@anamis.org.
