In light of this, our bet is threefold:
that AI will attempt to handle every workflow that can be written down and described,
that companies will be compelled to retain and build their unique workflows beyond the standardization inherent in LLM providers,
and that humans will remain necessary to decide what work means, which lessons should be kept and other higher level judgements.
This means that companies and those employed by them must be empowered and encouraged to write and share knowledge and methods, to retain them as durable company infrastructure, and lastly, to ensure that this wealth of knowledge is readily accessible to employees and AI alike, to learn from, use, and make decisions with.
In conclusion: any company successfully embodying these three pillars will accelerate at a pace unthinkable before, gather workers putting time into the efforts they want to do most, and ultimately secure their place in this uncertain future.
